Do you know that whether you are a man or a woman, one of your anatomies that are constantly being scrutinized is your butt? Many do say that a nice butt is one of the most attractive parts of a human body. And don't you think it is? I bet so!
Take a look at your own butt and thighs right now. Are they tight perky and strong or saggy and lumpy? Worse, is your butt without any tone and just hangs there like a piece of flesh just out from the butcher store? Your buns consist of three muscles, the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and gluteus minimus. The gluteus maximus is the largest of the three muscles and is used for hip extension, outward rotation, leg adduction and leg abduction.
